Blackcurrant - Naturally rich in deep purple coloured anthocyanins and blackcurrant flavour, and has an exceedingly high antioxidant activity (ORAC). Derived from the revered "White Bud" blackcurrant variety, this fruit powder offers a unique blend of flavours. Despite its modest yield, the "White Bud" variety boasts a naturally high sugar content and a delightful tartness derived from its elevated acidity levels.

Made from the premium Willamette variety of raspberries, these slightly tart and juicy raspberries are a delicate fruit with a relatively short shelf life so we freeze-dry them locally to lock in all the goodness
